Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Location: Ocon Family Chiropractic

Ocon Family Chiropractic is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to drive growth in our practice by bringing in new clients and re-engaging existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with potential patients and clients, providing information about our services.
Generate and follow up on leads, building strong relationships to grow our client base.
Conduct outreach efforts to attract new clients and reconnect with previous or existing clients.
Schedule consultations and appointments, ensuring clients are well-informed and comfortable with the process.
Assist with promotional events, campaigns, and community outreach to raise awareness of our services.
Meet or exceed sales goals, with opportunities for commission on top of hourly pay.
Maintain knowledge of chiropractic care and the services we provide, confidently answering client questions.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and building rapport with clients.
Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for special events.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage, plus commission opportunities.
